LaMonte McNeese graduated from East St. Louis Sr. High School in June 1978.
As a soldier in the United States army he earned several awards and certificates and founded his first two ministries in Europe.
His higher Biblical education includes an earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Florida International Seminary and an earned Ph.D. with an emphasis in Theology.
Dr. McNeese has over 25 years of pastoral experience. His teaching prowess is framed by great men such as the Late Honorable Bishop P.L. Scott of St. Louis, Bishop J.H. Pettiford, East St Louis, IL, Bishop James A-1 Johnson, STL. Arch Bishop Wilbert McKinnely, New York, Johnny James (the walking Bible) and the Late Honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner.
Perhaps his greatest learning came from tutelage as a student of Professor Doug Saxby, Ph.D. of Princeton University.
Dr. McNeese is a proponent of non-traditional education and as such he is the chancellor of his own TN State authorized Apologetics Bible College.

Dr. McNeese is listed in Gibraltar’s Who’s Who of American Religious Professionals. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the Apostolic Historians Association.
He serves on the Executive Advisory Board of Apostolic Archives International and Nominating Committee for the Apostolic Ministerial Hall of Fame.
Acknowledged for his expertise in matters of exegesis and Biblical studies, McNeese further serves on the Board of Regents as Dean of Hermeneutics for The International Circle of faith colleges & Seminaries (ICOF) as well as Director of Divinity, for Ecclesia University of Divinity, Fresno California.
Locally, pastor McNeese is a respected member of the Clarksville Area Ministers Association where he serves on the bylaws committee.
He is also a member of the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee where he serves as administrative assistant, council Historian, Director of Security, constitution and bylaws committee head and 2 other positions of significance.
Dr. McNeese is a much sought after Biblical expositor as well as a student of the word of God.
